Vision 42 is a design proposal for a new light rail system in Manhattan, New York. The proposal aimed to transform the iconic 42nd street in the center of Manhattan into a vehicle free street for pedestrian. The strategy focused on looking into the social economic and ecological system in different scales, and proposed an alterations in each operation to reshape the street.
